A recommendation has been placed before council that could see At-Large Councillor Rajni Agarwal’s pay be suspended for 30 days.
The exact details as to why a sanction is being recommended against her conduct has not been released.
However, a full report from the integrity commissioner is expected to be presented to council on November 6th and will be released on Wednesday.
Councillor Agarwal is holding comment until a legal municipal act specialist reviews the entire case.
