Thunder Bay Police are seeking the operator or owner of pontoon style kayak that was located flipped over on the shore of the McIntryre River near Golf Links Road and Fairbank Crescent.
First responders were dispatched to the area just before 8:00 p.m. Monday.
A search of the area by police and fire fighters has found no evidence the boat had been operated by a person at the time it flipped over.
The owner is asked to contact the Thunder Bay Police Service’s non emergency line.
