Members of the public will be able to provide their input on the 2023 budget tonight during pre-budget deputations.
This will serve as a precursor to several meetings set to take place over the next two weeks and followed up by a post-budget deputation meeting set for February 2nd.
As of this morning six deputations are set to be made, presenters include the Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce, Poverty Free Thunder Bay and JustBike Tbay.
At least one written deputation has also been received.
Residents who wished to speak but were unable to register prior to the deputation request cutoff yesterday, will still get an opportunity tonight as the city has permitted walk in deputations.
However, Powerpoint presentations will not be permitted.
