Thunder Bay’s libraries are opening back up.
As of February 7, in person services at Waverley, County Park & Mary J.L Black Libraries will be open.
The Brodie Library will still continue to offer curbside services for the foreseeable future.
Ontario is permitting businesses that have had to close during the current lockdown to re-open on Monday Jan. 31st, and to 50 per cent capacity. City libraries will be taking the extra week to get opening locations ready for in-person action again.
Library hours have also been expanded at specific locations.
Capacity at libraries that will open for in branch services will be limited to 50%.
Free printing and lamination of COVID Vaccination records (QR code) will still be available.
