The search is on by Thunder Bay police for a number of people wanted for two break ins at a north side business.
They say just after 6 o’clock, Saturday morning, they were called to the Nook restaurant on Bay Street, about a break in that had just occurred.
Police note after two suspects forced their way in through a window, one tried to break into the cash register, while the other tried to steal merchandise.
Police believe one of the suspects is in his 30’s, with a skinny build. He wore red gloves, black shoes with white on the bottom, grey pants and a green sweater-hoodie. The second suspect of that incident is also believed to be male, in his 30’s, with a medium build. He wore a black jacket with fur on the hood, and tan work boots. Police add the left sleeve of the jacket appeared to be torn, with white liner coming out of it.
And earlier that morning, around 2 o’clock, police say a lone individual broke in the same store, with police not saying what that person did. That person is described as tall and thin, with dark, chin-length hair. Other descriptors, including gender, are not available right now.
Police have released video tape of the suspects hoping you can help.
