Election fever is getting to me.
Please, do us all a favour and vote. If you are not sure of who to vote for – spend a few minutes each day to learn about the candidates in your ward, at large, for mayor and even your school boards. You don’t have to search hard – you just have to spend some time on social media. It’s really important.
To me, the information available for all candidates on social media should be enough to help you decide. You might be surprised at what you find. I know i’m surprised daily by what i see and its completely changed my opinions in some of the races.
Please, spend a few minutes to do your homework – find candidates that you agree with, that you support based on their knowledge, their commitment to the city and most importantly who take the election seriously.
There are no free rides. There are no sure things in this election. But sadly, that part is up to you. Choose wisely, and hold your candidates accountable. Your community, your ward, your school board and your city depend on it.
