The $15 million Marriott Delta Hotel on the waterfront is a step closer to being built.
City building official Des Stolz says it comes with an important piece of the puzzle now in place. He says the building permit has been issued so the structural steel can be erected.
Stolz says the developers can now begin work anytime. All that is required now are the mechanical and electrical plans so the full building permit can get issued.
