
Tony Gordon - High-risk Offender in Thunder Bay - Supplied Via TBPS
Thunder Bay’s police service has issued a Community Safety Advisory about a high-risk offender who is now in Thunder Bay.
Tony Gordon has previously served prison terms as a result of convictions for multiple charges, including break and enter, trespassing/prowling at night, sexual assault, assault by choking, suffocation and strangulation.
He is not allowed in public parks or public swimming areas where people under the age of 16 are present or are expected to be present.
He is also not allowed near daycare centres, school grounds, playgrounds, or community centres.
Anyone who sees Gordon violating any of these conditions is urged to immediately contact city police.
“This information is being issued to the public as a precautionary measure,” said the Thunder Bay Police Service in a release. “Members of the public are reminded that although Tony Gordon has been identified as posing a safety risk, his rights are guaranteed under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.”
