The Thunder Bay Police Service has arrested a youth suspect in relation to a pair of threat incidents at St. Patrick High School.
On December 12 the Thunder Bay Police Service was notified of threats made against the school, and another report of a threat was received the following day onĀ December 13.
As a result of the ongoing investigation, a suspect was identified.
A School Resource Officer, in conjunction with TBPS, located and arrested the suspect.
While the identity of the accused cannot be released in accordance with the Youth Criminal Justice Act, the youth is not a student at St. Patrick High School.
The accused has been charged with two counts of mischief, and two counts of public mischief.
The accused has been released from custody with a future court appearance date.
Other recent threat incidents remain an ongoing investigation.
