A resident of Gull Bay First Nation has been charged following a collision on the Thunder Bay Expressway.
The incident occurred at the intersection of Highway 11/17 and Dawson Road, and involved a motor vehicle and a pedestrian.
They were taken to hospital by Superior North EMS with minor, non-life threatening injuries.
Following an investigation a provincial offence notice for failing to use a crosswalk and disobeying a red light has been issued to the 31 year old pedestrian.
