A resident of the United Kingdom decided to zip through the city of Thunder Bay a little to fast last week.
They were clocked on Dawson Road doing 103 km/hour in a 50 zone on July 20th around 11:00 p.m.
Three charges were handed down to the 22 year old, including:
· Drive Motor Vehicle – Perform Stunt – Excessive Speed
· Drive Fail to Surrender Licence
· Drive Motor Vehicle, No Currently Validated Permit
A 30 day licence suspension was given along with a 14 day vehicle impound.
This also comes after officers in the Nipigon area pulled a Geraldton resident over for stunt driving, clocking them at 149 km/hour just hours earlier, and earlier that week two others were busted for stunt driving on a stretch of Highway 11-17 in Thunder Bay.
