A Quebec man has been arrested following an incident at the Pigeon River Border Crossing, where he attempted to cross the border with a stolen vehicle and forged identity documents.
Members of the Canada Border Services Agency notified the OPP of the individual on the morning of May 7th and the 34 year old was taken into custody where he will remain until he appears in court.
He’s been charged with:
· Possession Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000
· Personation with Intent to Avoid Arrest, Prosecution or Obstruct Justice
· Obstruct Peace Officer
