Thunder Bay Police have a 27 year old city man in custody following an investigation into a sexual assault involving a youth.
Police were notified late last month that the victim had been assaulted at a residence in the city by the male, a second incident involving the same parties had occurred weeks earlier.
The accused was identified, located and arrested on Red River Road Monday.
He faces several charges including:
- Sexual Assault x 2
- Sexual Interference x 4
- Sexual Assault on a Person Under 16 Years of Age x 4
He appeared in court on Tuesday and was remanded into custody.
