Ontario Provincial Police have charged a 52 year old Thunder Bay man with fraud over $5,000 following an investigation which began last year.
Police say the accused is a former employee of a business in Collins, a community located 200km north of Thunder Bay, who defrauded the company of approximately $300,000.
On September 16th police were contacted by the business, regarding fraudulent activity, and following an investigation police arrested the man on March 28th.
He has since been released from custody and will appear in court on May 2nd.
