May Street investigation underway

Thunder Bay Police are asking the public to avoid an area of May Street between Victoria Avenue East and Donald Street, as well as George Street while they conduct an investigation into an incident which occurred earlier this evening.

Witnesses in the area who spoke with Acadia News say a person was stabbed.

An update from police issued late this evening says two people were hospitalized and another two have been taken into custody following an assault.
