
Thunder Bay Police are looking for help after an armed robbery.
The incident happened at a laundromat on Algoma Street at Cornwall Avenue March 5.
When police arrived, they learned that a woman had entered the store and handed the clerk a lottery ticket to scan.
A man then entered who was presumed to be with the woman. He tried to force his way to the cash while the employee was busy.
The man made threats towards the clerk and appeared to have something handed to him by the woman.
After struggling to open the cash drawer, they fled on foot.
The male suspect was described as standing about 5’8” tall with a medium build. He wore a light brown jacket, a hood, and a hospital mask at the time of the incident.
The female suspect was described as wearing a black jacket, black boots, a hospital mask.
