Thunder Bay Police have made arrests around an ongoing investigation over a robbery of an ATM.
The machine was broken into on the early morning of Dec. 6. More than $50,000 was stolen from the machine.
Police had security footage of three suspects committing the crime and were able to identify them.
Two suspects have been arrested by city police this week, both are Thunder Bay residents.
A third has also been identified and is still wanted by investigators. He’s believed to be on the lam in southern Ontario, where other police services are on the lookout.
One of the suspects has been released, the other remains in custody.
Police were tight lipped on how much cash has been retrieved.
