During a drug bust police seized a substantial amount of illegal pot.
OPP investigators from the Provincial Joint Forces Cannabis Enforcement Team (PJFCET) with the AGCO and the Niagara Police raided two greenhouses and two homes in St Catherine’s on October 14th.
Officers seized 21,000 illegal plants, 181 kilos of processed marijuana.
Police estimate this to have a street value of over $22 million.
Six people from the Toronto/Niagara region were arrested between the ages of 34 – 67 years old.
