Thunder Bay Police identify the victim in the fourth homicide of 2021.
36-year-old Steve Burns of Thunder Bay lost his life after the stabbing Sunday night on Park Avenue just behind the Gateway Casino.
A post-mortem examination will happen Tuesday, October 19.
A 25-year-old Toronto man faces charges of First-Degree Murder, Obstructing a Peace Officer and Failure to Comply with Release Order and will be back before a judge on Monday, November 8.
