Miners checking in for work will be required to be vaccinated at Lac Des Iles.
Impala Canada, the parent company, says employees must be fully vaccinated by November 2nd if they want to enter the site. Currently 85% of LDI workers fully vaccinated.
As of November 2, 2021, all individuals who enter the site must be fully vaccinated. The company states that individuals with medical or legally qualified exemptions will be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.
