The United Way is looking forward to raising people high in the air for the Great Billboard Rescue, one of it’s signature fundraising ventures.
The event is May 17th at Lowery’s parking lot, with co-sponsor Shawn Christie adding people will call others they know for money to bring them down.
They’ll be about 35 feet in the air on a lift, for about 20 minutes, making the calls.
Christie adds the number of organizations that benefit from this event are many.
