A tragic incident in Fort Hope First Nation.
A young boy was struck by a vehicle and killed on New Years Day.
Nishnawbe Aski Police say 4-year-old Issac Waboose was transported to the community Nursing Station where he succumbed to his injuries.
A post mortem is scheduled for today in Toronto.
No other information is known but First Nations police are working with the Provincial Police on the investigation.
