Fireworks safety is Thunder Bay Fire and Rescue’s number one priority this upcoming Canada Day.
Fire prevention spokesperon Anthony Stokaluk says they want people to be safe during fireworks displays.
Stokaluk says the best way to be safe is to attend a professional display.
Stokaluk, however, says he understands that people will have their own fireworks shows.
A fireworks display will wrap up the festivities on Tuesday night around 11:00 at Marina Park.
